On-site first aid training in London is usually priced per session for a group, not per person. As a guide, Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) starts from £550 and First Aid at Work (FAW) from £1,500, each covering up to 12 staff, with no payment to book. Per group, not per person
The biggest factor in what you pay is how the course is priced. Public courses are usually charged per delegate, which adds up quickly once you need to train several people. On-site group training is charged as a single session price for up to 12 staff, so the cost per person falls the more people you put through it. For most London employers training a team, on-site is the more cost-effective route.
What the price should include
A clear on-site quote should include the trainer, all the equipment (manikins, an AED trainer, dressings), and accredited certification for every delegate. Because the trainer comes to you, there is no venue to hire and no travel or downtime for your staff. - First Aid at Work (FAW) is the three-day, Level 3 qualification for higher-risk workplaces such as construction, warehousing and care, from £1,500.
