Meet Jennifer, our lead trainer
I started Amber Training because first aid is too important to be rushed, or forgotten the moment people leave the room. The certificate is the easy part. What I care about is whether the people in front of me could act in the minutes that count.
So I keep the day practical: plenty of time hands-on with the manikins, short quizzes along the way, and no question too small. Groups stay at 12 or fewer, so nobody watches from the back.
The part I love most is the change in confidence. People often arrive unsure they could help in an emergency, and leave knowing exactly what they would do. That is what I want for every team we train: not a certificate in a drawer, but people who feel ready.
