Amber Training Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales, based in London. We provide accredited First Aid and Safeguarding training courses for businesses, nurseries, schools, healthcare providers, and other organisations. Our courses are regulated by the First Aid Awards (FAA) and Ofqual, ensuring compliance with UK standards.

We offer the following training courses:

• First Aid Training:
  • Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW): 1 day, £550 per on-site session for up to 12 delegates
  • First Aid at Work (FAW): 3 days, £1,500 per on-site session for up to 12 delegates
  • Basic Life Support/Annual Refresher: half day, on request
• Paediatric First Aid Training:
  • Basic Life Support for Children: Half day, £50 pp (min 4)
  • Paediatric First Aid at Work: 2 days, £120 pp
  • Emergency Paediatric First Aid: 1 day, £60 pp (min 4)
• Safeguarding & Child Protection:
  • Safeguarding Awareness: 3 hours, £35 pp (online)
  • Safeguarding of Children Level 2: 1 day, £45 pp
  • Safeguarding of Vulnerable Adults Level 2: 6 hours, £50 pp
  • Safeguarding of Children and Adults Level 3: 1 day, £75 pp
  • Safeguarding of Children and Young Candidates Level 3: 1 day, £60 pp

All courses are FAA accredited and Ofqual regulated, meeting UK standards. Certificates are issued upon completion and valid for 3 years where applicable.

First aid courses are delivered on-site at your workplace, for up to 12 delegates per session at a fixed price. Some courses are also available online where indicated.

Enquiring and booking: Enquiring is free. There is no payment to enquire or to request a booking. To confirm and secure your chosen date, a deposit is payable as set out in your booking confirmation or service agreement. The balance is due within 7 days after the course has been delivered.

Payment methods: Payment is by bank transfer. All fees are in GBP. Amber Training Ltd is not VAT registered, so the price quoted is the total price with nothing to add.

Certificates: Certificates are released once full payment has been received.

By You:

• More than 2 weeks before the course: full refund of any deposit paid.
• 2 weeks or less before the course: 50% of the course fee is due.
• Non-attendance on the day without notice: the full course fee is due.

By Us: We may cancel due to circumstances beyond our control. You will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost.

Equipment: You’re encouraged to provide your own. If not, we’ll bring what’s needed. You’re responsible for equipment safety.

Resources: All training manuals and forms are provided free of charge.

Full attendance is required. Certificates are issued electronically after completion and valid for 3 years (where applicable). Any changes to format or schedule will be communicated in advance.

• Provide accurate booking info.
• Ensure respectful participant conduct.
• Notify us of any health/accessibility needs.
• For in-person training, provide a suitable venue.

All materials remain the property of Amber Training Ltd and may not be reused or distributed without permission.

We are not liable for any loss or injury except due to our negligence. Our total liability is limited to the course fee paid.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved in English courts.
