Saturdays

A Saturday session is a full day at your premises, the same course and the same certificate as a weekday. It suits offices that cannot lose a working day, charities whose volunteers work in the week, and shops and restaurants that are quieter before the weekend rush. Our case study of Mimar, an office team in Palmers Green shows a Saturday booking from start to finish.

Evenings after work

Emergency First Aid at Work needs six hours of training. In the evening we split it into shorter sessions at your workplace, for example two evenings of three hours, so staff train after their shift without losing a working day. Youth organisations, charities and teams with daytime clients use evening sessions, and each delegate is assessed by the end of the final evening.

School holidays and INSET days

Schools train staff when pupils are not on site: an INSET day for a one-day course, and half term or the summer holidays for the two-day First Aid at Work requalification or the three-day course. See first aid training for schools.

Early starts and shift workers

Hotels, care homes, warehouses and retail teams work in shifts. We agree a start time that lets night staff join before they go home, or that finishes before your doors open. Sessions of up to 12 mean staff from different shifts can train together.
